All meetings are now held virtually and are open to the residents and/or their representatives; residents do not have to be present for the ARC to review a submittal. The ARC reviews for approval new construction, and new landscaping as well as alterations of any type to the exterior of a home or to existing landscape. The ARC meets on the first and third Thursday of the month with the deadline for submittals being noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
