ARCHITECTURAL
REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Architectural Review Committee reviews all submittals for any exterior
changes to property in the Genesee Foundation and Genesee Village
Homeowners Association.
The Architectural Review Committee consists of five members; three are
members who volunteer their time, and two are paid professionals with
expertise in land planning, site planning, and architecture. Of the volunteer
members, the members of the Genesee Foundation elect one and the Genesee Foundation Board of Directors appoints two.

The Architectural Review Committee meets on the first and third Thursday of
each month at the Vista Clubhouse starting
at 9:00 a.m. All meeting
are open to the members but members do not have to be present for the ARC to
review the submittal. Each item is posted prior to the meeting. Posting
deadlines are at noon
on Friday. Items are posted for either five or ten days depending upon the
submittal. Review posting information for
deadline dates.

STANDARDS
The Genesee Foundation, through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC),
sets standards for all proposed improvements, including but not limited to,
new dwelling construction, additions, landscaping and ancillary improvement
projects. These standards were developed to help property owners,
architects, designers and builders formulate design concepts that
compliment and enhance the natural environment and the existing built
environment.
